Park, Museum and Aquarium Day Passes

Passes with free or reduced entry rates are available at the library for the Connecticut facilities listed below. Read the additional guidelines on the pass and check the websites for complete visitor information.
  • Physical passes must be checked out in person at the library.
  • Any adult with a valid CT library card can borrow a pass for a two-day period.
  • Limit one pass per family per loan period.
  • No extensions of the loan time will be allowed.
  • Passes must be returned to the library.  Book drop return is acceptable if pass is placed in an envelope.
  • Replacement fee of $50 will be charged for a lost pass.

Founded in 1842 and opened in 1844, it is the oldest continually operating public art museum in the United States.[5]
​Purchase one adult or Senior admission (age 18+), receive one adult or senior or 2 youth admissions for free.  The passes may be used to register for daily public tours at no extra cost. 
Library ART passes may not be combined with other discounts or group rates.
Additional fees apply during annual fundraisers, including Fine Art & Flowers and Festival of Trees & Traditions.
Library ART passes do not apply to films or special event ticketing.

The CT Science Center is a great place for hands-on-fun and exploration for families and visitors oa all ages, with  more than 165 interactive exhibits to discover.
